In Malaysia, many online entertainment platforms offer VIP programs — but not all truly deliver value worth your time and money. box138 understands this, and from the very beginning our VIP program was designed not just to attract members, but to reward them in ways that are real and meaningful.
What sets box138 apart is our transparent and straightforward approach. No complicated hidden conditions, no convoluted terms. Every reward promised is one you can genuinely enjoy — processed on time and credited directly to your account without unnecessary hassle.
Advancing through the box138 VIP program is automatic and based on your playing activity. Our system tracks your cumulative deposits and betting turnover over a set period. Once you reach the defined threshold, your tier is updated automatically and new benefits activate immediately.
Create your box138 account and make your first deposit using DuitNow, FPX, or any payment method of your choice. You will automatically be placed at Silver tier once your first deposit is confirmed.
The more actively you play and wager, the faster your cumulative deposits grow. All games — from Live Casino, bingo, and Sports to betting — count toward your VIP points.
Our system continuously monitors your progress. Once the Gold or Diamond threshold is reached, your account is upgraded and new benefits activate immediately — no application required.
Cashback is credited every week, deposit bonuses can be used immediately, and Diamond members' personal managers are always available to assist you 24 hours a day.
One of the most popular benefits in the box138 VIP program is the weekly cashback. Unlike other platforms that impose high rollover requirements, box138 cashback is calculated based on your total weekly turnover and credited directly to your account balance every Monday.
For Silver members, a 0.5% cashback may seem modest at first glance — but calculated over a full month of consistent play, the amount can add up significantly. For Diamond members enjoying 2.0% cashback, every RM 10,000 in turnover returns RM 200 to your account, with no extra effort required.
Box138 VIP members enjoy priority withdrawal processing. While regular members may wait up to an hour for withdrawals to be processed, Diamond members enjoy processing in as little as 5 minutes. This means your winnings reach your bank account or e-wallet faster.
Withdrawals are a matter every player cares deeply about. box138 takes this commitment seriously — we never withhold legitimate withdrawals without reasonable cause. All qualifying withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the SLA defined for each VIP tier.
Every time you make a new deposit as a box138 VIP member, you are eligible for a larger bonus than regular members. Silver members receive up to 50% deposit bonus, Gold up to 100%, and Diamond up to 150%. This means if you deposit RM 500 as a Diamond member, your account can be credited with up to RM 750 in additional bonus funds.
Gold and Diamond members also receive additional promotions on special occasions — including birthday bonuses, Malaysian festive promotions such as Hari Raya and New Year, and exclusive offers sent directly via in-account messages. All these promotions are on top of the standard rewards already received.
For members who have reached Diamond tier, box138 provides a truly exclusive service — a dedicated personal account manager you can reach directly. These managers are not ordinary support agents; they are trained professionals who understand your needs and playing habits, and can offer recommendations tailored to your style of play.
Your personal manager also ensures all your bonuses and rewards are credited on time, helps you understand promotion terms, and serves as your direct point of contact for any account issues. This is a service standard typically found only at premium physical casinos — now available online through box138.
VIP Gold and Diamond members at box138 get access to exclusive tables not open to the general public. These tables feature higher betting limits, a more exclusive atmosphere, and more experienced dealers. For fans of premium Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack, this is an experience you simply won't find anywhere else.
Beyond Live Casino, VIP members also get priority access to tournaments and competitions hosted by box138 from time to time. Tournament prizes can reach tens of thousands of ringgit, and VIP members are eligible for more participation slots compared to regular members.
We understand that as a VIP member, you entrust us with more sensitive financial information. That is why box138 implements the highest security standards for VIP accounts — including mandatory two-factor authentication, 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions, and regular security reviews of your account.
All personal information of VIP members is handled with a higher level of confidentiality. We never share your data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. To learn more about how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy comprehensive box138 page.
While the box138 VIP program is designed to enhance your gaming experience, we always remind you that playing should be done responsibly. Access to higher limits and bigger rewards should never push you to play beyond your financial means.
Box138 provides comprehensive responsible gaming tools — including daily deposit limits, time reminders, and self-exclusion options — to all members including VIPs. We believe members who play responsibly are members who will continue to enjoy their experience at box138 for the long term. For more information, visit our Responsible Gaming us.
